I consider myself a visionary and a creator. I'm best known for being the founder of Monsters Under the Bed (2006 - 2016) and Supernatural Confessions (2015 to present).
I have a particular set of skills; skills acquired over a very long career; skills that make me infinitely valuable to any organisation that requires a charismatic leader with strong business acumen, raw creative talent and the ability to shape vision into a compelling product that the world can relate to. 2024 - Supernatural Confessions received the YouTube Silver Creator Award in October 2024 for reaching 100,000 subscribers. 2024 -Supernatural Confessions recognised by National Heritage Board for its efforts in documenting and preserving local folklores; invited to conduct tours for Singapore Heritage Festival. 2018 - Best Blockchain Content Award by UCIM in recognition for my contribution to the blockchain industry and YouTube’s #3 Rising Content Creator in Singapore 2018 award in recognition for up-and-coming social influencers. 2017 - Invited to develop curriculum for Temasek Foundation LIFE Programme, a value-based approach to education that is being piloted with selected schools. 2014 - MonstroCity, a gamified values-based classroom tool for teachers was awarded an accolade for innovation at MOE’s ExcelFest. 2011 - Journal,Singapore, a game I designed based on local heritage, was recognised as an outstanding product by the National Heritage Board and I was invited to represent Singapore at the Asia Heritage Festival held in Bali in 2011. 2010 - Invited to join the Youth Olympic Games as the Torch Bearer representing Arts & Culture in 2010. 2009 - 14:59 was a monthly publication showcasing students’ literary works. It received positive reviews by the English Language Institute of Singapore and circulated to all secondary schools. 2008 - StoryCraft, a creative writing curriculum I developed, was awarded the status Arts Enrichment Programme by the National Arts Council in 2008. |
